I have used most all these resources, whether it has been donating time (NAMI), or providing information to others in my circle (therapy for black girls, therapy for black men). My first resource was pages 18-19 (Writing a Change and Drinking Tracker Cards) of this PDF. I used TalkSpace during the summer of 2020, to compliment the therapy I was receiving through my Military Treatment Facility. While in residential treatment, I attended SMART Recovery and Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) Meetings. I still attend AA meetings and have met some awesome people in recovery though this fellowship.
